Corporate International Packages is an offer for the corporate market on the international traffic, where customer can choose a package that includes a number of minutes towards three international destinations of his choice, and he pays monthly rental fees for this package.
Choosing a package meaning that the customer will have the mentioned minutes in that package free to be consumed in that month.

Why International packages?

Analysis of corporate customers consumption behavior showed that every customer is interested in certain destination almost three where the consumption to these destinations is around 60-70% of his total consumption.

Analysis of the corporate market competition environment showed that pre paid providers has started attacking the corporate accounts, and that the pre paid concept is being accepted by corporate accounts.

Packages Description

The offer contains four packages, the bigger the package, the more the discount on the minute regular price.

Offer Management

Offer will be activated in the CCBS beginning the launch date.
Customer/account manager should fill the application form of the offer in which he shall determine the following:
The Package that he wants to subscribe in.-
The three international destinations with the country code.-
-The Telephone numbers included in the offer.
-The main telephone number in which the monthly rental fees of the package will be loaded.

Offer will be entered by the order handling team only.
The international calls item in the first page of the bill will show all the value of the international calls the customer has made, in the normal tariff as if no offer is there.

The international calls amount covered in the package will be shown in the first page of the bill under the name International minutes in Package xxxxx and will be subtracted from the total international calls amount.
The duration of the calls he made will be shown in the detailed page of the bill.

Special Terms

If the customer consumes more minutes than the allowed in his package he will be charged the normal PSTN tariff.
The telephone numbers mentioned in this form will share the minutes allowed, first come first serve.

If the customer wishes to modify the packages he should fill this form, the modification will take place in the next month.
If the customer wishes to unsubscribe with
the offer he should fill this form, the offer will be removed from his bill in the next month.
Customer can not combine two offers
together.
